WordPress Plugin for Podcast Interview Chat-style Transcripts

AudioTyped UX introduces a conversational-style layout for transcripts that simply hasn’t been developed for WordPress until now. Screenshots with speech bubbles and avatars attract much more attention when shared than a conventional transcript with plain text.

Why Podcast Transcript UX Matters

Podcast transcripts, especially those of interviews, are usually difficult to read on podcast episode pages.

A clear visual representation of the participants in a professional design, marked by avatars and speech bubbles in specially selected colors, allows readers to scan the transcript more easily, as they spend less time searching for the right passages.

AudioTyped UX improves Transcripts

AudioTyped transforms your simple text interview transcript into a clear chat-style conversation with highly appealing speech bubbles and avatar images for the speakers.

Transcript Example

We Humans are visual beings. That’s why interview transcripts are now available in a visual format.

Speaker identification: Immediately identify who is speaking in the transcript using the colors of the speech bubbles and avatar images of the speakers.

Mobile phones: On smartphones, there is not as much space for transcripts with speech bubbles and avatar images as on a desktop or tablet. That’s why the design has been specially adapted for mobile too.

Transcript background: A shade of gray is recommended as a transcript background color that does not distract too much from the speaker bubbles.
